Rebecca is Executive Director of Ethiopia Education Initiatives. The Haile-Manas Academy is the first and currently principal project of EEI; in her capacity as Executive Director of EEI, Rebecca has led the development of the plan for HMA and has been overseeing both the construction of the campus and the operations of the school. Jean is the Co-Founder of Ethiopia Education Initiatives and CEO of Foros, a leading strategic advisory and mergers and acquisitions firm based in New York City. As CEO, he has guided the firm in advising top-tier clients through complex strategic initiatives and transactions. Prior to founding Foros, he held senior leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and Goldman, Sachs & Co. B.A. Princeton University; J.D. Harvard Law School.
